Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using vibex.sh ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Service Description

vibex.sh is a zero-config log monitoring, charting, and AI log analysis platform that allows you to:

  • Stream and visualize logs in real-time
  • Automatically detect and extract facets from logs
  • Generate charts and visualizations
  • Use AI log analysis
  • Share sessions with team members

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account and credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring the data you send complies with applicable laws
  • Not sharing sensitive or confidential information inappropriately
  • Using the Service in compliance with these Terms

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Send malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service
  • Exceed your plan's rate limits or quotas

Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fee for the selected plan.

Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month
  • You will be charged on the same day each month
  • All fees are in USD and are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

Data Retention

Data retention is based on your plan:

  • Hobby (Free) Tier: 7 days retention
  • Pro Tier: 30 days retention
  • Data older than the retention period is automatically deleted
  • You can delete sessions and data at any time

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Elevate Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you send to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements
  • That defects will be corrected
  • Specific uptime percentages

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • vibex.sh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for data loss beyond our retention periods

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the Service
  • Non-payment of fees (for paid plans)

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain.
