How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and maintain the vibex.sh service
  • Process and visualize your logs
  • Authenticate and secure your account
  • Calculate usage for billing purposes
  • Improve our service and develop new features
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

Session Privacy

Sessions are private by default. Your log data is only accessible to you unless you explicitly choose to share it.

  • All sessions are private unless you share them
  • Shared sessions require an auth code for access
  • You control who has access to your shared sessions
  • You can revoke access at any time

AI Assistant Privacy

The AI Assistant uses your own OpenAI API key for complete privacy and cost control:

  • Your OpenAI API key is encrypted and stored securely
  • We never see or store your OpenAI API key in plain text
  • All AI processing uses your own API key and account
  • You have full control over AI usage and costs
  • Log data sent to OpenAI is only for processing your requests

Data Storage and Retention

We store your data as follows:

  • Log Data: Retained according to your plan's retention period (7 days for Hobby tier, 30 days for Pro)
  • Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
  • Session Metadata: Retained until you delete the session or your account
  • Data older than the retention period is automatically deleted

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • All data transmission uses HTTPS/WSS encryption
  • Sensitive data (passwords, API keys) is encrypted at rest
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Secure infrastructure hosted on Cloudflare and Supabase

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Authenticate your session
  • Remember your preferences
  • Analyze service usage (anonymized)

  • OpenAI: AI processing (only when you use the AI Assistant, using your own API key)

Children's Privacy

vibex.sh is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.
