Understanding MPS Limits
What is MPS?
MPS (Messages Per Second) controls the throughput rate at which logs can be sent to vibex.sh. This limit prevents system overload and ensures fair usage across all users.
Think of it as a speed limit for your log ingestion. If you're sending logs faster than your MPS limit, excess logs will be rate-limited to maintain system stability.
Why MPS Matters
- System Stability: Prevents any single user from overwhelming the infrastructure
- Fair Usage: Ensures all users get consistent performance
- Cost Control: Helps manage resource consumption and operational costs
- Quality of Service: Maintains low latency and reliable log processing for everyone
Plan MPS Limits

Note: When you exceed your MPS limit, new logs are rate-limited. The SDKs handle this gracefully by dropping excess logs, so your application continues running normally.

Every plan includes all features. The only difference is usage limits.
Pricing FAQ
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
There are two types of limits: monthly log volume and MPS (messages per second). As you approach your limits, you'll receive notifications. Once exceeded, new logs are rate-limited. For MPS limits, excess logs are dropped gracefully by the SDKs. For monthly volume limits, new logs may be rejected until the next billing cycle. Upgrade your plan for higher limits.
What are MPS limits and why do they matter?
MPS (Messages Per Second) controls how fast you can send logs. It prevents system overload and ensures fair usage. When exceeded, excess logs are rate-limited. SDKs handle this gracefully by dropping logs, so your application continues normally. Higher plans have higher MPS limits to support higher throughput needs.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. However, you can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.
